Each omakase experience at Omakase By Tento is thoughtfully designed to be completed within 60 minutes, allowing guests to enjoy a smooth and intimate dining experience while preserving the freshness and pacing of every course. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time, as we operate on a carefully scheduled seating system throughout the evening. Our signature offering is a 14-course omakase tasting menu priced at $75 per guest.
Every course is prepared daily by our chefs using premium seasonal ingredients sourced from Japan and around the world. Rather than following a fixed menu, our omakase evolves based on market availability and the chef’s daily selection, ensuring that each visit offers something unique. Omakase By Tento was created for guests seeking a high-quality sushi experience in an intimate East Village setting. Our chefs focus on balancing traditional Edomae techniques with modern presentation, highlighting the natural flavors of each ingredient through simplicity and precision. BYOB is welcome with no corkage fee, giving guests the flexibility to personalize their dining experience. Due to our limited seating and carefully timed service, all sushi bar seatings are limited to 60 minutes.
